Opakowania poniżej progu stopnia C są zakazane od 2030 r. (najwcześniej); po 2038 r. pozostają wyłącznie stopnie A i B. Laminaty mieszane, warstwy EVOH, torebki aluminiowe i folie metalizowane przechodzą na mono-PE / mono-PP albo znikają z rynku. Koszty konwersji spadają na Państwa.
