FAQ
How long does it take to train a 10-person team on PPWR?
Most teams complete the 8 courses in 4-6 weeks at 2-3 hours per week per learner. The courses are asynchronous, on-demand, multilingual (EN, FR, DE, IT, ES, NL, PL, PT). Team admins can stagger start dates to fit production cycles.
Is the PPWR Academy certificate recognised?
Each learner receives a verifiable certificate from PPWR Connect Academy upon completion of any paid course. It is not an EU state-issued certification (none exists for PPWR yet) but is recognised by brand-owner customers as proof of training for Article 5–39 readiness audits.
Can we pick specific courses or do we have to buy the full pack?
The Team Pack includes access to all 8 courses for every seat — pick and choose per learner. You don't have to assign the full path to everyone; a procurement officer might only need Article 7 + EPR while a packaging engineer goes through the full pack.
How long is the access period?
12 months from the activation date. Learners can revisit course material as many times as they want during that year. We don't auto-renew — you decide whether to extend at renewal time.
Can you invoice us via IBAN bank transfer (not credit card)?
Yes — Team Pack invoicing supports IBAN / SEPA bank transfer. We send a proper VAT invoice on company letterhead, VAT-OSS compliant for cross-EU billing. Card payment is also available if you prefer.
Inhouse private training vs. open enrollment — what's the difference?
The Team Pack is online, on-demand, async — your team members log into a private dashboard. For larger orgs (26+) we also offer inhouse private webinars and custom workshop modules tailored to your portfolio. Talk to sales for those.
Which roles should I train first?
Start with the PPWR lead, packaging engineers and procurement. Add regulatory affairs and sustainability if separate. The 3 free courses (Fundamentals, Obligations, Recyclability Explained) are a good entry point before you pick the paid path for each role.
What's the pricing beyond 25 seats?
For 26+ seats we move to the Enterprise tier with custom pricing — typically €200-220 per seat depending on volume, plus optional add-ons (white-label, custom modules, dedicated Q&A). Talk to sales for a quote.
