Penalties
Member States set the fines themselves and must notify them to the Commission by 12 February 2027: PPWR fixes no EU-wide ceiling, so amounts are national. Audit-ready DoCs and recyclability evidence are your insurance, and your sales argument with brand-owner customers.

Growth (€99/mo) covers up to 150 SKUs for 2 users, with full A/B/C recyclability grading and recycled-content tracking — and, like every plan, all 27 EU markets and official DoC exports. Professional (€299/mo) adds the EPR market sheets and declaration engine, the labeling engine, Digital Product Passport prep, 5 users and priority support. You can upgrade from Growth to Professional any time.

We multiply your portfolio size (SKUs × markets) by the incremental compliance hours PPWR adds per packaging unit (Article 6 recyclability, Article 7 recycled content, Article 39 DoC, Annex II essential requirements). PPWR Connect compresses ~70% of that work; the remaining 30% is irreducible decision time. The default hourly rate is €60 — a median packaging compliance professional rate. All inputs are conservative.
Your data stays in your account. You retain read-only access to anything that exceeds the new plan caps (so you can still export DoCs and assessments) but you cannot create new items beyond the cap until you upgrade again.
Yes — cancellation is a single click from your billing portal (Stripe-hosted). No phone calls, no retention scripts. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and cancellation takes effect for the next period — there is no pro-rata refund of the current period (see our terms, section 8).
PPWR Connect is built on Supabase (eu-west-3, Paris — France, GDPR-compliant) with Stripe for payments. We do not sell or share your portfolio data. Full data export and deletion are available on request to privacy@veoria.fr.
