Yes. Starter is free during beta, so you can use the platform before committing to any paid plan. Professional also includes a 14-day free trial (card required; cancel during the trial and you won't be charged). Growth has no separate trial — it bills when you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes — both paid plans can be billed annually at 20% off (Growth €950/yr, Professional €2870/yr). Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle at the top of the page; the annual price is applied at checkout.
We multiply your portfolio size (SKUs × markets) by the incremental compliance hours PPWR adds per packaging unit (Article 6 recyclability, Article 7 recycled content, Article 39 DoC, Annex II essential requirements). PPWR Connect compresses ~70% of that work; the remaining 30% is irreducible decision time. The default hourly rate is €60 — a median packaging compliance professional rate. All inputs are conservative.
Your data stays in your account. You retain read-only access to anything that exceeds the new plan caps (so you can still export DoCs and assessments) but you cannot create new items beyond the cap until you upgrade again.
Yes — cancellation is a single click from your billing portal (Stripe-hosted). No phone calls, no retention scripts. We will refund the unused portion of your current month if you ask.
PPWR Connect is built on Supabase (eu-west-2, GDPR-compliant) with Stripe for payments. We do not sell or share your portfolio data. Full data export and deletion are available on request to hello@veoria.fr.
