Set only if you accept the advertising purpose in the banner. Nothing is loaded before that, and withdrawing removes the script and deletes these cookies. Withdrawal does not erase what Meta has already received.

Data sent to Meta Platforms Ireland through the pixel includes the page URL, IP address, user agent, Meta identifiers and the events triggered (page view, template download). PPWR Connect and Meta are liable to act as joint controllers for that collection and transmission; Meta then processes part of it under its own responsibility. The pixel is never loaded inside the customer workspace.
