Where this comes from
Every entry is reconciled against Regulation (EU) 2025/40 as published in the Official Journal, the Commission guidance C/2026/3084 and the FAQ C(2026) 2151. Each date is a literal read from the text, never derived by arithmetic from entry into force. A date present in the reference with no entry in the catalogue fails our build.
